This Job is for a property company that specialises in Short Term Rental of serviced apartments that can be advertised on sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com and our own website call www.snoozystays.com. We take in short term guests for business and leisure and after each stay cleaners are sent to the property for a changeover. I am looking for an assistant to help me with day to day tasks, guest communication, and scheduling.
The job role will include some of the following tasks:
– Guest Communication and Enquiries
– Converting Guests from Airbnb or booking.com to our own website
– Organise Cleaning schedule
– making word and Excel documents
– Data Entry
– making listings for new properties
– making guidebooks of locations
– Calendar management
