hope you’re doing well. My name is Christian Bryan Rojo and I’m interested in applying for the Customer Service Representative role. I believe I’m fit for this role because I have been working in the BPO/Call Center industry since 2015 and I was able to handle different accounts and tasks like Inbound/Outbound voice agent, Email, and Chat Support. My most recent chat and email experience was with a TikTok account wherein I was assisting customers who were contacting us to check the status of their orders, process refunds and cancellations, vouchers, product reviews, proper escalation, and other e-commerce stuff.
I’m a team player because I love collaborating and sharing ideas in a team while learning at the same time, always punctual and hardworking, and I think those qualities were the reasons why I got promoted as an SME in February 2021.
