You will be doing a variety of simple administrative and secretarial tasks, almost all of which I will show you how to perform or create tutorials for you. I am looking for a full time employee.
These are some of the activities I will need assistance in:
– Researching travel arrangements, ie: find COVID restrictions for different countries, look up flights, hotels, AirBnb, etc
– Data entry (ie. simple survey filling type of activities)
– Research and summary and occasional reporting via Zoom
– Sending and responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and other simple admin tasks
About Me:
I’m an AI/Robotics researcher and design consultant. I have to deal with a lot of different companies/institutions/clients/research labs and travel often (not as often now), and would love the help of an assistant.
