• Helps Australia and New Zealand’s Non-for-Profit (NFP) organizations to understand the
merits and take advantage of Microsoft’s NFP licensing program. I also provide help
facilitate non-for-profit lead management to partners and/or introduce aligned partners
to these organizations – where assistance is requested.

• Evangelizing Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Developers transform their traditional way
of selling with the use of technology.
• Planning and preparing online training demo or hands-on demo of the Prosperna app
upon subscribing.
• Doing webinars for basic knowledge of the Prosperna app.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers as a Customer Success.
• Reducing company churn by certain number of percentages.
• Training of CRM, eCommerce/Online and Website Store Builder
• Responsible for conducting market research to gather primary data in the local electric
wire and cable market to direct sales efforts that will maximize sales volumes and profit
margins.
• Conducts market research to gather information on the following: brand preferences,
prices, competitor’s activities, and other related information that will help in the
development of our existing market.
• Safekeeping and monitoring marketing materials (brochures, premium items)
• Constructing Monthly Operation Reports (MOR) and Sales Performances Reports
• Gathering and analyzing the Sales Engineers’ monthly sales forecast to be submitted to
division heads, managers, and executive office.
• Responsible for conducting an Analysis of Conversion of RFQ’s to PO’s
• Product presentation on events such as IIEE, ConEx (Architect group), or client calls
• Prospecting clients, with the use of BCI research, for endorsement to Sales Team
