I have been working for the same company for 6 years. I was initially an ESL teaacher, catering Japanese students. After 6 months, I got promoted as a team leader, responsible in checking on my members wih regard to their attendance, performance and hearing their concerns out.  Three months after, I was absorbed as an Admin personnel, generally assisting foreign employees of their needs and tasks. Further, I became an executive assistant to the general manager, who now is the CEO of the same company. Within a few months, I was assigned to manage all employees – recruitment, training, payroll, quality assurance, etc. When I started, tere were only 18 employees in total. That was in 2015. Now, the company already hasa 500 plus and counting employees to manage. I believe my experience helped me significantly in this milestone. I’m thankful of my skills and competencies which turned out to be my greatest weapon in this job.  I was able to maximize the initial skills I have to be able to develop and gain one and more.
