We are looking for a driven learner motivated by impact. He/She is a true partner – an executive assistant, personal assistant, and virtual assistant in one. 

What is the role?

• Optimize client’s time and priorities to reach ambitious goals
• Own and manage robust calendars and scheduling
• Driver internal and external communications, presentations, reports and/or social media
• Research and analyze opportunities for client personal and professional growth
• Build rapport and manage relationships with client’s network and team with a desire to be in this working relationship over the long run (2+ years)
• Lead various targeted special projects

Who are we looking for?

• Has over 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant
• Already part-time executive assistant for 1+ clients
• Has capacity for 10 hours per week, and willingness to increase to at least 20 if so desired by the client
• Attended a top-tier university like the University of the Philippines or Ateneo de Manila
• Must be working Philippines graveyard hours at home
• Must have a working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps

What we offer?

• Compensation: 10 hours a week at hourly rate of $15 US/hour
• Meaning: early participation in an emerging crypto-enabled platform that’s on a mission to help folks in the Philippines earn like Americans

What do you need?

• Laptop: 8th gen (8000 series) Core i5 or better or any generation AMD Ryzen series processors, Ram: Min. 8GB,
• OR desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above. If Core i3 – 10th generation or higher
• Internet connection: Min 10MB/s
• Operating system: Windows 10 or newer (if Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher)
