A successful busy Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a full time Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator who is:
Experienced in working with and supporting high-volume, busy Real Estate Broker and Investor.
Has Transaction Coordination experience, i.e. listing presentation materials, disclosure packages, MLS, purchase contracts, escrows, vendors, buyers, sellers, agents, etc.
An effective organizer
A positive person and a team player
A good communicator — both written and verbal
Has excellent computer skills

Able to learn and perform duties at a quick rate
