• Delivers prepared sales talks to persuade potential customers to purchase our services.
• Explains products, services and prices, and answers questions from customers.
• Lead Generation – obtains details of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, lists purchased from other organizations, social media, etc.
• Prepares proposals to clients and processes invoices for payment.
• Maintains and updates a database of all clients.
• Coordinates with different institutions and providers regarding learning and development initiatives.
• Prepares assigned reports (Monthly Sales Status, Client List Report, etc).
• Analyzes client questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
• Consolidates monthly materials forecast of Sales Team
• Coordinates with the Sales Team on the tasks needed to accomplish (collating of pre-work submitted by clients and encoding important workshop output as requested by the Client Partner).
• Ensures that materials needed for client meeting and workshops are available and complete by facilitating Supplies Requisition for the Sales Team (Marketing kits, manuals, planners, certificates, etc.).
• Prepares and prints the certificates for the participants of the workshop.
• Requests for complete supplies and workshop materials.
• Assists the Facilitator in the workshop when needed (as requested by the CP).
• Interacts with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility.
• Provides feedback on operational processes.
• Familiar with the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Organizes and facilitates meetings with senior leadership.
