Project Desciption

This will be a flexible hourly role that will require a minimum of 4hrs a day, but can transition to a full-time role depending on your level of commitment. You will only be paid for every task executed.

This position requires that you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Key charge: Task ownership from task acknowledgement to delivering the output back to the Project Lead

• Ensure successful delivery of Pareto services
• Synthesize instructions and execute the projects delegated by Project Leads
• Respond timely to the Project Lead regarding status update
• Deliver and coordinate with the QA Team regarding expectations on quality assured output

What you’ll need

• Ability to execute high quality project outputs
• Ability to execute and work with a team for bigger projects
• Ability to identify and resolve task roadblocks independently
• Growth mindset – demonstrates wish to grow skills and take on increasing complexity of work
• Must have extensive Pareto product knowledge and understand the customer’s expectations intimately
• Previous experience in handling client-facing projects in the outsourcing industry (i.e. Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Data Researcher)
• Previous experience working with a team
• Excellent Google Suite skills, and other tools that Pareto uses
• Excellent communicator (ability to synthesize and execute complex information simply)
• High proficiency in English comprehension and communication (spoken and written)
• Ability to execute multiple projects and proactively update Projects Leads regarding the status of their tasks
• Ability to process constructive feedback
