Hi there! My name is Jean Zeniena Hannah B. Baldazo. You can call me Zhen for short. 29 years old, from the Philippines!
I have worked as a Customer Service Associate for the past 2 and a half years. I handled financial account. I was promoted to a higher tier after my first year in service. During that time, I handled supervisor inbound and outbound calls. I check and monitor cardholders debit cards. Part of my job is to process fraud claims and email clients for account updates. As a higher tier agent, I was able to assists my Colleagues as well.
For my previous experience, I have developed data entry, email support, and problem solving. I have also an experience in social media management because I have a small business and I used FB as my marketing platform. I also started blogging, my contents are about family get aways and cooking series. I really enjoy using different editing tools to edit and enhance the videos I make.
Recently, I got a certificate in bookkeeping, Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor.
