The Entrepreneur Secret is looking for “Cold Callers” for our real estate business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
• 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.
• Excellent oral and writing in English.
• Knowledgeable in MS applications.

COMPUTER SPECIFICATION
• Must have a reliable computer with a minimum of 10Mbps internet connection
• Computer specification: i3 or greater, 8GB RAM or greater

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls.
• The Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.

• The Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments.

You are a great fit if you pay good attention to details.
Real estate background is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Cold calling homeowners
• Updating leads in CRM
• Using MoJo dialer
• Additional task as required.
