Our Australia marketing agency works with assisting Psychologists get more clients. The main aspect of this role will be to: call incoming leads and lock them in for appointments. When you dial you’ll be calling on behalf of our clients. You won’t need to be doing any cold calling. You’ll also need to follow up on leads that either don’t answer or request for a call back. We are a growing company who are looking for highly professional workers who will grow with the company internally.
In the initial stage you might also need to do a few Demo calls via Zoom until the clientele base grows then you can focus on doing the Appointment setting only.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Our ideal candidate would be someone that enjoys talking to people and are have fluent English speaking skills.
You’ll be starting on a part-time basis for a couple of weeks then move on to full time once passed the 8 weeks probation period.
There will also be a $50 bonus for each number of appointment KPI’s you hit with a client. **available after probation period.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume:
– Call new leads in a timely manner (within less than 5min)
– Have a lock in rate of 50% or more(all leads are coming inbound and are expressing their interest wanting our clients services)
– Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
– Proactive thinking and self autonomous directing
– Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
– Properly explain steps to prospective customers when making appointments

– High English fluency (speaking & writing)
– Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette
– Persuasive and results-oriented
– WORKING COMPUTER AND PROOF OF FAST INTERNET CONNECTION
– Computer proficiency
– Ability to multitask
– A positive attitude & willingness to learn
– A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
– Excellent organization skills
