We are an Australian-based VA firm mainly offering part-time roles to freelancers. Our clients, who are mostly based in Australia, are looking for VAs to help them win back more of their time and help them with various tasks.

We offer part-time roles ranging from 4-80 hours PER MONTH, based on the client’s needs. Freelancers can also stack up their clients if they wish to build a full-time commitment with us.

𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓:

They operate two businesses in the property management and e-commerce spaces.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓:

• Advanced knowledge needed for Wix and Shopify: theme navigation, page editing, email marketing, product setup, ordering queue, promos, etc.
• Basic marketing design experience
• Mailchimp experience
• General CRM experience (preferred)
• Social media management experience, specially for Instagram and FB

𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐒:

Primarily the role will support both businesses in social media management, basic content creation, email marketing and research.

• Research
• Website updating
• Email marketing
• Social media management and engagement
• Developing the client’s brand kit and marketing campaign

𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒: 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄

MINIMUM OF 25hrs PER MONTH (1.5/day) * P250/hr = P6,250

Freelancer can exceed the minimum allocated hours if needed, and add another client if they wish to have more hours and compensation.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only – 4-5:30pm
