Hello

I am looking for a part-time VA – 20 hours per week to start but this could increase in the future if desired…

Role would involve –

1) Cold calling home owners
2) Gain information about home owners looking to sell their home or property
3) Take notes and information and put into a form
4) Calling as many numbers as possible to try and find motivated sellers

Preferable candidate would have / be –

1) Excellent written English skills. It must appear as though English is you first language.
2) Professional, hard working and self motivated.
3) Good knowledge of U.S. and Cold Calling
4) Must have your own PC and a reliable high speed internet connection.

We offer –
1) Weekly pay upon completion of the 20 hours work.
2) Pay rate we offer is $2 per hour.

You must also be extremely self motivated and work under your own supervision. Musty have great sales skills. Opportunity for full-time with success.

At the end of the week you must submit a itemized list showing what tasks have been completed and how long each task has taken.
