We need a committed team member that has a sense of urgency to get the job done by working very hard. If you don’t work hard you will not be considered as a candidate.
We need you to read, learn, understand and implement what we ask of you. That means take action after we assign you to a task.
You must know how to constantly learn and be productive and proactive. Every task we ask you to perform you must document and teach another team member how to perform. This is an essential characteristic for you to be a team member. We want you to duplicate yourself by teaching others.
Your job is to be on a dialer 8 hours a day. Two fifteen minute breaks and one hour lunch.
You will have Sundays off. Saturday is a work day 🙂
For every lead that we finalize in to a sale, you will get $50 to $250 bonus.
We only want team members that are quick and fast learners. Time is of the essence.
