Role: Inbound / Outbound Caller

Starting Rate: $3.25usd/hr or $550usd per month

Duration: Long-term, full-time

We are looking for individuals who want to work from their homes and are seeking long term employment on a full-time basis. EXCELLENT English is a MUST, if you don’t speak good English don’t apply! You will be on the phone majority of the time with this position cold calling homeowners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls. Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments. You are a great fit if you pay good attention to details. Real estate background is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Cold calling homeowners

2. Updating leads in CRM

3. Using MoJo dialer

4. Additional tasks as required.

Experience is a plus but being a hardworking and RELIABLE/TRUSTWORTHY employee is preferred.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.

• 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.

• Excellent writing in English.

• Knowledgeable in MS applications.

COMPUTER SPECIFICATION

• Must have reliable computer with minimum of 10Mbps internet connection

• Computer specification: i3 or greater, 8GB RAM or greater
