The applicant will not be directly employed by FBGC Ltd. The applicant must act as a ‘freelancer’ and invoice FBGC ltd for the hours worked. All personal tax obligations will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

Description:

Over the past 2 years, FBGC Ltd. has been on an exciting journey of internationalization and growth with its flagship brand “Medi Grade”. Having identified a copious amount of untapped Operations opportunities, the company is now in the position to fill one of its most exciting departments with a new team member to help us keep growing.

 

The successful applicant will become an integral part of FBGC ltd and will work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations and contribute to the success of the business. This includes the ff. responsibilities below:

  1. Customer Service – Responding to customer queries/reviews and issuing refunds for each marketplace.

  2. Account Management – Ensuring account health is maintained.

  3. Inventory Management – Forecasting order quantities, placing orders to ensure we do not go out of stock. Claiming reimbursements through inventory reconciliation and monitoring returns.

  4. Reporting – Create weekly and monthly reports of the operations.

  5. Product Research – Looking for new product opportunities using software and analysis techniques to put products through the preset eligibility criteria.

  6. Listing Management – Dealing with listing issues.

  7. Business Development – Improves day to day business operations.
