Job Description

We have a position open. The candidate must be knowledgeable and experienced in handling both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes, plugins, and designing websites. It would be beneficial and added value to have marketing experience. You will be responsible for developing, designing, testing, and maintaining WordPress Websites as well as marketing these websites. You will work closely with other programmers, developers, and your project manager to deliver high-quality websites that meet the needs of our clients. Work is 8 hours daily starting at 8 AM MST.  You will be regularly conducting quality assurance checks on our clients’ websites. You will also be responsible for handling the Project Management System and ensuring that all tasks are being recorded and handled, and deadlines are met. You will be working closely with clients if they need help with troubleshooting, setting up, and updating them on the status of their websites.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a strong sense of management and organizational skills to keep track of ongoing project tasks on the Project Management System and regularly conduct quality checks on ongoing work on websites. Candidate must be an expert in developing WordPress websites, and have a working knowledge of coding languages, including jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PHP. Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ·         Manage Customer Technical Support.

• ·         Manage Workload and Worklists, regularly check and update the Project Management System.

• ·         Conduct quality assurance checks on finished tasks, and ongoing work on websites to ensure that work is fully completed, and deadlines are met.

• ·         Update customers on the work progress of their websites.

• ·         Customize themes and plugins.

• ·         Troubleshooting WordPress Sites and fixing any issues to ensure they function properly.

• ·         Conduct website maintenance on our clients’ websites.

• ·         Creating and implementing websites and webpages using WordPress.

• ·         Talk to clients to determine their goals and needs for a website’s design and primary purpose, plus any features they may require.

• ·         Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• ·         Email Marketing

WHM cPanel server management

CSF WHM plugin management
