This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding company working with properties in the south east of England. If you’re a smart and hard working team player with exceptional English language skills and computer savvy, we’re looking for you! No prior experience is required, but there will be plenty of opportunities to apply the skills you already have while challenging yourself and learning new things. Pay is very competitive and based on level of English language ability, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities will include…

  • Evolving role as sales grow
  • Provide an efficient administrative services
  • Fulfilling marketing requirements as required
  • Creating and managing databases to create and update property listings and manage the administrative function of the sales and management processes
  • Create and distribute invoices
  • Undertake front line telephone support
  • Comply with company’s standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the Estate Agency industry
  • Build relationships with staff and clients

  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills

  • ·       Professional
  • ·       Capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks
  • Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet
  • Able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Must be able to work 5 days a week during 9am-4pm +0 GMT time (London UK)
