What I mostly did there was: troubleshooting errors on the app/website, refund or replacement of items that were broken during shipping or not delivered, minor changes on the account like editing personal information and sending password reset links to the customer, we also upgrade, downgrade or cancel their membership if they request.
The second account that I handled was a telco account, the tasks that I did there were: adding lines, upgrading and downgrading devices, changing the plan of the customer, basic troubleshooting, scheduling an appointment for a technician to fix their device(s).
All of those tasks became easier because we used Avaya, Slack, Microsoft Applications, Citrix, GSuite/Google Calendar etc.
