As a previous Customer Service Representative and Technical Support for US Telecommunications Companies, I started out my Virtual Assistant Career as an Inside Sales Support. Within a year of setting appointments and reaching out to potential clients, I’ve undergone plenty of trainings including Craig Proctor’s webinars on creating the best scripts. Eventually, I mastered managing all tools necessary for a realtor, stepping up the ladder and getting the Sales Assistant role where I oversee all transactions and make sure that my clients were up to date with all the tasks that has been accomplished and the tasks that are needed to be completed. Now, I am well-equipped in helping out all realtors in need of VAs like me may it be a startup one or a well-established brokerage.
