I worked as a Customer/Technical Support/Sales Specialist in a BPO company for more than 7 yrs.
I do chats, and emails, answer social media comments, and inbound and outbound calls.
I help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns/cancellations. Sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
I’m an active person. I love getting sunshine like running, biking, and lifting weights at the gym. In my spare time, I am watching webinars and finish online courses to add some skills.
I love topics like conspiracies, aliens, galaxies, theories, and ideas.
I believe that my previous work experiences will aid me in the post I am applying for. I am a fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.
