• Perform password resets, user profile creation/deletion, and dealing with password issues using Active Directory.
• Maintain user accounts including rights, permissions, and groups
• Develops help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties such as web and system development for the operations productivity tools.
