I have been working in an administrative type of job for more than 5 years now. I have been with amazon for quite some time now, did appointment creation for them, uploading employee badge, setting an appointments for their hired warehouse employees. On top of that, I have an extensive experience handling a team, sending out emails, leading a meeting, sending out meeting invites and creating minutes of the meeting. I have also been doing a general admin tasks which includes documentation, board sessions, providing client feedback and analyzing problems for the clients and account improvements. I have good practice in MSOffice 365, workdocs, data loader, Salesforce and other tool that we use for the clients’ needs.

    • Assigned as our team’s POC or point of contact for reports generation and list distribution in Saleforce, Quicksight Dashboard, HVH Recruiter tool, Data loader and Yeti using macro tool.
    • Trained newly hired recruiters about the current process that we have with Amazon.

    • Review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s). This is by far the most important skill a technical recruiter needs.
    • Sourcing and uncovering candidates.
    • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills. Learn and evaluate technical skills.
    • Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.
    • Keep your candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
    • Calling candidates to schedule their interview appointment.
    • Moving candidates’ application from one step to another.
    • Listening to recruiters’ call to ensure they are following the call flow instruction.
    • Checking my members’ situation if they are having issues in terms of meeting their quota.
