I’m a former Customer Service Representative In a Telco account (2 years at AT&T and 1 year 6months on T-mobile) at iQor in Dasmarinas, Cavite. In this position, I am responsible for providing all the caller needs in the first interaction, such as answering the questions about their bill, contract, plan, store location, and handling escalation. Processed sales call as well for additional service requests and equipment orders.
