I have had experienced in Real State in the past where I used to be a Real Estate Sales Consultant, providing sales given in a certain time, managing clients documents, responding clients email enquiries and setting up appointment for viewing the areas. I have had an experienced being a Customer Service Associate (office based) for 5 years which includes being an Amazon Customer Service Associate for 2 years (office based). Part of my scope is to make sure delivering excellent customer service, capable of responding clients email complaint and problems on how to get resolved, providing list of suggested products, helping clients placing orders and managing account clients online, processing refund and replacement if necessary, tracking orders, answering phone calls and emails enquiries, coordinating with FBA sellers about the clients order.
