My name is Jennilyn Erika A. Ibarra and I am 30 years old. I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
I have more than 11 years of experience in different field of business. I participated in many extracurricular activities (e.g. events organizing, talent handling and etc.). I am also knowledgeable with fine dining service as I worked before in a Japanese fine dining restaurant. I also write for US clients as Freelance Writer/ Blogger for their reviews. I also teach ESL with Korean students (Ages-5-28). I also worked in a company handling Importations and its marketing works such as encoding reports and handling their business events and also as an Executive assistant to the Vice President of the Company. I was an Online Sales Executive in a company that handles exportation and manufacturing. I am handling online inquiries, local and export sales, telemarketing and other clerical and admin works. I work in the BPO industry for more than 7years in different line of business. From Customer service, Technical Support, Sales associate, Project team lead, B2B Chat support and back office to order taking of Pizza. These experiences have made my excellent communication skills, hardworking, responsible and given me intuition on strong analytical and strong leadership.
I have much experience in organizing people and organizing money. I’m also good in negotiation and strategy.
