I have 4 years of Experience directly with Intuit Quickbooks – Desktop and Online as a technical Support and Customer Service. We supported Application errors, installations, Multi User errors and set up Intuit Data Protect issues. Few months I was trained to Support business Accounting side for Cash Flows, Bank reconciliations, Online Banking, Chart of Accounts, Reports, etc.
I was promoted as Level 2 Support for Quickbooks Desktop. As a level 2 support we handle both Technical and Accounting issues that level 1 can’t handle. We are the escalations team and if there are issues that are already beyond our expertise then we create an investigation for developers and knowledge teams.
4 months later I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert. I was able to handle my own team to Support Quickbooks Desktop both technical and Customer Service. We were then trained to Support Quickbooks Desktop Payroll.
When I left Intuit Quickbooks I worked for RealPage Company as Buildium Product Support for almost 2 years. I want to have my own Freelancing and use my skills with my own clients. I have been working as a Virtual Assistant while I was still working as a Product Support in Buildium. I have been with 5 companies as a Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeper. Now, I want to only focus my time as a Virtual Assistant. Buildium software is an online platform for Property Management. We support setting up Buildium for Rentals and Properties, Bank Reconciliations – automatic and manual, eLeasing – customizing templates which is not powered by HelloSign, ePay service, Listings – listing units through the syndicated sites, Rental Applications, Task and Work order management, Managing the books and making sure all are accounted and balanced in the report – Rental Owner Statement, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and etc,. We also assist customers for 1099 tax filing.
