I have both the expertise and experience in both TQD (Training and Quality Department) as well as OPS (Operations) as I have worked both as a Lead Trainer for Product & Process as well as Team Manager for Sales and Customer Service Line Of Businesses (Both Voice and Non-Voice) for very well known Brands in both the USA and Canada, namely Sony and Sears.
Unfortunately though, because of my accident around 5 years ago, I had no choice but to switch to Home Based work where I started off as a cold caller/appointment setter then was promoted to manage accounts for Ron LeGrand Clients (Investors/Wholesalers) and Keller Williams where eventually I was in charge of Hiring to On boarding, Training & Team Management including ISAs/Cold Callers and Lead Managers.
I’m not looking for just a job, but a definite career! To be part of a company who values loyalty and commitment, I would love nothing more than a long-term career relationship and increase the company’s reputation and profitability, hoping nothing less than to stick with a reputable company for years to come.
