My name is Clarisse, 22 years old from Manila. I have 2 years of experience in customer service set up. I used to assist customer in troubleshooting their phones and camera. Also, I am assisting customers in whatever concerns they have regarding their account. But the key skills that I obtain during my years of working experience are more on sales as it is our main metrics. I assist customers to process their orders, I also do credit checks, and most of all upselling anything the customer might need in the future. I also worked before as a part time office assistant in our university to support my studies for 2 years.
