Hi there! I’m Christian Udan. Previously, I’ve been a Support Advisor at an e-Commerce campaign at TaskUs House Teamwork for 1 year and 11 months. I was assigned to Customer Service where I’ve been tasked to resolve concerns, view billing history, provide merchant growth and business coaching, and assist merchants and buyers through e-mail. Aside from Customer Support, I also have experience in dealing with Japanese students as an English as a Second Language Teacher for 1 year and 9 months, teaching them General English review lessons, News Articles, and facilitating Free Conversation. In line with the Engineering course I took in College, I also have background knowledge in creating floor plans, load schedule, and electrical plans through the utilization of AutoCAD.
