4 years in E-commerce ( 2 yrs in warehouse operations for outbound, logistics and 3PL vendor management. – 2 years in overall operations and branding ( sales and production forecasting, QA. packing, inventory management, warehouse allocation planning, logistics shipping to Amazon and Shipwire warehouses}
I am a punctual, responsible and a reliable person. I do what I say I will and I ask if I don’t clearly understand the instruction. I have that very simple skill that people tend to forget either because they are scared or they just don’t know that it’s the first thing they should be doing. “Ask if anything is unclear”. I am also a customer oriented person and I live up to the saying, “that if we will not take care of our customers, somebody else will surely will”.
I may be in the field of operations, marketing, fulfillment, research, admin or any other LOB but my main focus will always be customer experience and how we can make it better.
