With almost a year experience as a customer service representative for a finance account which is Afterpay, Australia and New Zealand based, I gained valuable expertise in managing emails through Zendesk, taking in phone calls, verbal and written
communication skills, account management, analytical skills and statistical knowledge, while further developing my
marketing management skills. I also have expertise in using editing tools such as Canva, Snappa, and Pixlr X, even
Microsoft web apps and Google suite and I am positive I would quickly contribute to the continued success of
