I’m Benie Lee Navalta. I have experience as Purchasing Officer in an office based set up. handling all the procurement of all requirements of office and production supplies, documentation, processing of permits, outsourcing of new suppliers and products, negotiation with local and imported suppliers, checking and maintaining inventory management, suppliers evaluation, warehousing and logistics, Improving Purchasing and Warehouse procedures and other admin task. I may not have the experience as virtual assistant but rest assured that my future client will get more than what they paid for thru my dedication, integrity and hardwork. I’m hardworking and willing to learn. I’m quick learner,dedicated,detail oriented,organized and passionate with my work. I am also proficient in using microsoft office like Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation. I have also knowledge in using system like Oracle, MMS,Quick Books and Navition. I’m good in English communication both verbal and written.
