I Am Ma Zenaida Casco, from Cavite, Philippines. I work in an office based job before and used to perform a lot of admin and adhoc tasks. With my wide range of work experience and ability to wear multiple hats, I could be your almost perfect Virtual Assistant. I firmly believe that I am a perfect fit for an important role and can excel at any given task.
My most recent position as Amazon Seller Support Associate for Majorel (formerly known as Arvato Bertelsmann) gave me valuable relevant experience. I always get the job done when it comes to assisting Amazon Sellers from almost around the Globe, mostly focusing on Amazon US and Amazon CA Sellers. I also demonstrated ability to multi-task as I work to research and resolve the concern while managing the call. Just to name a few of my skills: computer proficiency, effective communication, creativity and resourcefulness, time management. Sample duties that I can perform include: managing emails, ensuring customer service thru chat or phone, taking phone calls, creating presentations. I’ve worked as chat and phone support as well for the same position and company. My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to all kinds of situations as they arise, and even working anytime of the day just to ensure that I get the job done.
Now in terms of me being a virtual assistant, I’m a newbie but you don’t have to worry as I have the initiative to self learn to provide excellent service to my client/s.
