BPO industry has been my world since 2015. I have been hired by different companies with different accounts. I was with healthcare account for 3 years already. Being with the healthcare account, I was able to help patients and doctors with their needs. I am doing outbound calls to verify information. Inbound calls to assist members and patients. I was also assigned to do back office jobs to check documents on file.
I also had a retail account in where I handled chat and email and calls as well. All of the customers concerns was catered by us.
I am a college graduate of Travel and Tourism Management and I have been to different places, too.
I am excited to be one of the VA’s here in the Philippines.
