-I have 1 year of experience in recruitment. I worked on different job requisitions, sourcing candidates using different job sites such as Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter. I also did research on the responsibilities and qualifications needed for each job as well as the employer’s profile. This helped me in finding the best candidate fit for the job and making sure I’m sending credible people to the employers.
