Hi, Jane, here from Philippines.
During my free time I stay at home, cook and watch action films and anime series. I have been working in the BPO industry for alm ost 5 years now. My last job was at Alorica Lipa as a quality analyst where I audit phone calls and provide coaching feedback, sanctions and incident report.
I also attend meetings with clients for call calibrations and provide qa talk for our new hired employees. I’ve handled and performed different roles for the past year. I work retail, collections and credit management.
I am a fast learner, and you will not have any problems with my attendance. I will also exert extra efforts to excel in my role.
