I am Althea Jane Sedillo, I would describe myself as an industrious worker and somebody who already has the skills and qualities fitted for the Virtual Admin and Assistant position. I have extensive expertise in utilizing tools such as Canva, Trello, and WPS to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Additionally, my strong organizational skills allow me to efficiently manage calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
Over the years I work in various roles, I was a customer service representative, live chat support associate/appointment setter, and virtual assistant where I’ve honed my interpersonal skills, empathy, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities, making me well-suited for Admin and Assistant role. I graduated with flying colors, I received a dean’s list award and presidential academic award. I am a licensed professional teacher. I have the academic background, to be able to add value to this position and contribute to your team really quickly.
I believe that I am a high achiever and I always receive positive feedback from my team leader and supervisors in previous roles. Last year I received 4 awards in total as top legal operator and most productive agent at peak outsourcing. Recently I have finished the Virtual Assistant Express, Social Media Manager, Marketing All Rounder, and Systems Hero Course through SkillBuilder by Business Blueprint.
