In my position as Customer Service Representative with OnePlus I was in charge of answering emails and chats from our customers who had problems with the order they received or if they have issues with their mobile devices. Because they saw how efficient I was and the integrity I have, I was a top agent raging from rank 1 – 5. I also have certificates to provide to support my claim. 

 

I also work as a Virtual Assistant for 1 year in which I was assigned to add products using Magento Software for my client who was based in Denmark, Germany for his online shop. 

Also, I have experienced handling customers with technical issues for WiFi, Fax machine, Printers and Billing Inquiries for 1 year.
